In 2012 I purchased the amazing Harry Potter wizards collection DVD & Blue ray collection . The collection contains many amazing extras and goodies, one of these being a beautiful map printed in fabric, I have just noticed that the map has now gone very blurred as if all the colours have run and is very hard to make out. Please has anyone else had this problem or might know why this has happened ?

For me I have had mixed feelings about Cursed Child. I have only read it and not seen the play. I will see it eventually and maybe it will change my opinion.   My Favorite aspects: -Draco being a good father -I love Scorpius Malfoy  -Minster of Magic Hermione  -shows that not all slytherns are bad (a Hufflepuff has your back. I don’t judge people by their houses)   My Least Favorite aspects: -How dare you...how dare you tarnish Cedric’s character.  -Me

The Goblet of Fire is my favorite book in the series.  It is when everything started to change.  At the time when the movie was released I loved it, but as I grew older it’s one of my least favorite adaptation of the books.     I feel like there were a lot of things missing from the movie that should have been added and a few things that should have been revealed later on.   -I think the GOF would have worked well as two movies. This book had so much information.    -I th

I just learned from Mugglecast that at the Christmas dinner during Order of the Phoenix, Sirus Black stands up first at a table of 13. This is apparently a reference to when Trelawney freaks out that there are 13 people at a table in Prisoner of Azkaban, and declares that the first to rise will be the first to die.

Why is defeating a mountain troll worth 5 points/person, but breaking curfew is minus 50 points per person? And why is  sneaking out late and doing sketchy stuff with Hagrid the punishment for sneaking out late and doing sketchy stuff with Hagrid? LOL I love PS/SS, but I always think that part's so funny

It's definitely a world  phenomenon - and yet, it's very personal to those of us who love it so much, because I think we all have our own specific reasons why the story (and the characters) means so much.   I was adopted at birth. I didn't meet my biological mother until I was around 13 years old. I was not treated well by my adoptive mother (and that's putting it mildly) but my adoptive father was one of the kindest, most loving people I've ever known. I can't help but identify with H

  • What are forums and how do they work?

An Internet forum is a discussion area on a website. Website members can post discussions and read and respond to posts by other forum members. A forum can be focused on nearly any subject and a sense of an online community, or virtual community, tends to develop among forum members.

This type of forum may also be called a message board, discussion group, bulletin board, or web forum, but it differs from a blog, the name for a web log, as a blog is usually written by one user and usually only allows for the responses of others to the blog material. A forum usually allows all members to make posts and start new topics.

An Internet forum is also different from a chat room. Members in a chat room usually all chat or communicate at the same time, while members in a discussion group post messages to be read by others whenever they happen to log on. Forums also tend to be more topic-focused than chat rooms.

The separate conversations in a forum are called threads, and they are made up of member-written posts. Members can usually edit their own posts, start new topics, post in their choice of threads, and edit their profile. A profile usually lists optional information about each forum member, such as the city they are located in and their interests.

We believe this sort of community with a message board is far superior to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Your posts will never be lost, and everyone can join in our conversations.
