Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy first meet at Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions in Diagon Alley while being fitted for their Hogwarts robes.

 

Draco doesn't know he is the famous Harry Potter.

 

He understands Harry doesn't know anything about The Wizarding World, even the most essential things not.

 

But Draco never bullies or insults Harry, he shows respect to him during all their conversation, and warmly says he will wait to meet Harry again at Hogwarts.
