Sign of Life

[Professor Patrick]

Dear fellow Potterheads

I have been quiet for a really long time and to be honest, I haven't even been reading along here. Life was a whirlwind over the last ... well, actually the last year. Lots of changes, some good, some a bit less. But I am still here.

I hope all of you are well. On this last day of the year I try to catch up on things I neglected  - some letters still need to be finished and posted, some emails still answered, some phone calls made. And while I sit here in my kitchen, alone for a change, because everybody else ist still asleep, I thought I'd pay these magical halls a visit.

If you find the time and peace, I'd love to hear about what is new in your lives, what you'd like to share and talk about, be it Potter-related or not. I'm here for the conversations, the thought experiments and the stories. Games you'll have to play without me, if that is all right and I think I'll stay out of role-playing as well - no need for more roles to play and more masks to put on at the moment.

Be safe. Be kind. Be magical.

Have a great start into the new year.

Yours always

Sally Patrick
